Quick Start Guide for Agent Context for JSM


Welcome to VIEW26 !

Let’s get you started with using the App. 

Access the App

  1. Install the View26 App

  2. Log in to Jira and click on a JSM Request

  3. The count of the Related Requests appears on the right panel. Click on Related Requests to view the list of all the requests

4. The list of Requests are displayed on the glance panel on the right

5. All the Related Requests can be filtered out by

  • the Reporter who raised the Request

  • the Organisations the Reporter is linked to

6. Click on the Request Number to Navigate to the request

7. Click on Organisation to view all the requests corresponding to the particular organisation

8. Click on Notes to add Notes .The notes would be tagged to an organisation
