For a Jira ServiceDesk request with multiple SLA cycles , VIEW26 would mark any single breached cycle as a breach, whereas JIRA ServiceDesk tracks only the latest cycle .
Note that the "SLA Cycles Met ( %)" Chart shows the percentage of tickets which have met the SLA.
So the corresponding table view (chart details) would show all tickets which have met the SLA. To find the breached tickets you need to check the "SLA Cycles Breached" chart.
The "SLA Cycles Breached" chart would show you the tickets which have breached the SLA on a given date.
