View reports in Customer Portal

Step 1 - Access "Charts & Reports" from the Requests SubMenu Options ( v1.4.10 & above)

Step 1 - Access "Charts & Reports" from the Profile SubMenu Options ( v1.4.8 & below)
"Charts & Reports " option is available in Jira Customer Portal when you have installed the VIEW26 Charts & Reports Jira ServiceDesk App

Step 2 - Click on the the shared report link
All customers of a Jira ServiceDesk organization will have access to the shared View .
Refer sharing View with a Jira ServiceDesk Organization

Step 3 - View & perform analysis on key metrics

Step 4- Download you report as a PDF for your reference

This feature is broken on the latest versions of Jira Service Desk.
We are investigating the issue.
We suspect it to be the side effect of a recent security patch.
Update - Issue has been fixed in version v1.4.10 & v1.2.10 respectively
