Applying Promo Code

The following process explains how to use the code for Charts and Reports in your Jira ServiceManagement instance:

• Go to the in-app Marketplace and choose “Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management” to install it

• You should have “Promotion” in your tab “Apps”. Please click on it. 



• optional if you don’t have “Promotion” under “Apps”:

• Go to the admin view

• Click on “Discover applications”

• Scroll down and click on “Discover more Jira apps” in the middle of the screen

• In the bar on the left, you have now “Promotions” 

  

• Click on “Apply Promotion Code”

• Fill in your Cloud promotion code and click on “Check”.

• Click on “Apply Promotion Code”.

• Fill in the code sent to you.
