The following process explains how to use the code for Charts and Reports in your Jira ServiceManagement instance:

Go to the in-app Marketplace and choose “Charts and Reports for Jira Service Management” to install it

You should have “Promotion” in your tab “Apps”. Please click on it.

optional if you don’t have “Promotion” under “Apps”:

Go to the admin view

Click on “Discover applications”

Scroll down and click on “Discover more Jira apps” in the middle of the screen

In the bar on the left, you have now “Promotions”

Click on “Apply Promotion Code”

Fill in your Cloud promotion code and click on “Check”.

Click on “Apply Promotion Code”.

Fill in the code sent to you.
