A. Reports can be configured with five aggregation types:

Shows total hours per category with subcategory breakdown
Use for: Understanding time distribution across work types
Aggregate by Project
Groups by Jira project key
Shows total hours, issue count, and team members per project
Use for: Project budget tracking, capacity planning
Aggregate by User (Admin only)
Groups by team member
Shows each person's total hours by category

Aggregate by Project, then by User (Admin only)
Multi-level grouping showing which people work on which projects

All reports support date range selection (This Week, Last Week, Last 30/60 days), multi-dimensional filtering (categories, subcategories, projects, assignees), and export to PDF or Excel.
Q8. Can I import existing worklogs from Jira?
A. The app syncs worklogs created in Jira after installation through webhooks.
Only new worklogs (created after app installation) appear in the app
Q9. How does time zone handling work?
A. The app uses Jira profile time zone settings:
To configure:
Go to Jira Profile → Personal Settings
Select your Time Zone
Save changes
Refresh Worklog Reports
This ensures consistent time display across different team members' time zones.
Q10. What happens if I delete a worklog?
A. Deletion is permanent and bidirectional:
The same applies if you delete a worklog directly in Jira - the app receives the webhook and deletes the corresponding entry.
