Getting Started

After installation:

1. Access the App

   • From your Jira page, click Apps in the top navigation

   • Select Worklog Reports from the dropdown menu

2. Database Initialization

   • The app automatically runs database migrations on first launch

   • Default categories will be created (Development, Design, Testing, Meeting, etc.)

3. Settings Configuration

   • If you have Jira administrator permissions, you'll see the Settings option

   • Navigate to Settings to customize categories and subcategories

   • To grant permissions: Navigate to Jira Global Permissions (Settings → Permissions tab → Click "Jira Global Permissions") to assign the required permissions to users or groups.

4. Start Logging Work

   • Go to Calendar View (default landing page)

   • Click on a time slot or +Log button to create your first worklog entry
