Migration from Cloud to Server & vice versa
Problem
Some of our customers would want to migrate from Confluence from cloud to server instances when they streamline their IT processes.
We often get the question if such a migration is possible for pages having JSON macro embedded in Confluence pages ?
Solution
We do support JSON Viewer for all types of Confluence deployments ( Cloud / Server / Datacenter)
Steps
- Follow the steps in Atlassian documentation on "Migrate from Confluence Cloud to Server"
- Follow JSON Viewer Macro installation steps to install on Server.
- Your pre-existing confluence pages should display JSON macro without any issues.
