Viewing KB Analytics

KB Analytics - Page Views Tab

The pageview tab now includes the new Source - “JSM Customer Portal” as shown in the screenshot below

Get knowledge base article page view insights

The table includes:

  • Page title

  • Content creator name

  • When the page was last viewed

  • Number of JSM Requests created (drill-down support)

  • Number of unique portal user views (drill-down support)

  • Total KB page views (drill-down support)

KB Analytics - User Tab

The User tab now includes the new Source - “JSM Customer Portal” as shown in the screenshot below

The table includes:

  • KB user name

  • Number of unique portal user views (drill-down support)

  • Number of JSM Requests created (drill-down support)
