To create a new contract:

  1. Click Create Button on the Support Time Contract Management dashboard screen

And now let’s enter the Contract Details -

3. Select Customer Organization

4. Choose Support Type. - Monthly / Fixed / Annual

5. Enter Monthly / Fixed / Annual Hours - Based on Support Type selected

6. Select Start Date and End Date

7. Annually Recurrence/ Monthly Recurrence(Optional) - Automatically renews the contract (Based on Support Type selected)

8. Visibility in Portal (Optional) -This will enable all the customers in this Organization to get a complete over view of consumed hours at an organisation level on the Portal Page.  

9. Description (Optional) - Provide a description of the contract

10. Click Create
