To create a new contract:
Select Support Time Contract Management in the Apps menu of your Jira Service Desk
Click Create Button on the Menu Bar
Select Customer Organization
Choose Support Type. - Monthly / Fixed / Annual
Enter Monthly Hours
Select Start Date and End Date
Annually Recurrence/ Monthly Recurrence(Optional) - Automatically renews the contract
Visibility in Portal (Optional) -This will enable all the customers in this Organization to get a complete over view of consumed hours at an organisation level on the Portal Page.
Description (Optional) - Provide a description of the contract
Click Create
