To create a new contract:

  1. Select Support Time Contract Management in the Apps menu of your Jira Service Desk

  2. Click Create Button on the Menu Bar

  3. Select Customer Organization

  4. Choose Support Type. - Monthly / Fixed / Annual

  5. Enter Monthly Hours

  6. Select Start Date and End Date

  7. Annually Recurrence/ Monthly Recurrence(Optional) - Automatically renews the contract

  8. Visibility in Portal (Optional) -This will enable all the customers in this Organization to get a complete over view of consumed hours at an organisation level on the Portal Page.  

  9. Description (Optional) - Provide a description of the contract

  10. Click Create
