3. View / Modify / Delete Contracts

  1. Once a Contract is created, it appears on the Support Time Contract Management Dashboard

  2. The following fields are displayed:

  • Contract Name

  • Status

  • Support Type -Monthly / Fixed / Annual

  • Description

  • Total Contracted Hours

  • Logged Hours (eg - total work logged against all requested filtered for the contract period)

  • Progress Percentage

  • Visibility in Portal

3. To Edit / Delete a Contract, click on (. . .) under Actions and select from the drop-down list
