1. Once a Contract is created, it appears on the Support Time Contract Management Dashboard

  2. The following fields are displayed:

A. Customer Organisation

B. Status

C. Support Type -Monthly / Fixed / Annual

D. Description

E. Total Hours ( Monthly / Fixed / Annual Hours based on Support Type selected)

F. Logged Hours (Sum of hours logged against  the various requests tagged to that organisation)

G. Progress

H. Visibility in Portal (Will enable all the customers in this Organization to get a complete over view of consumed hours at an organisation level on the Portal Page)

3. To Edit / Delete a Contract, click on (. . .) under Actions and select from the drop-down list
