The Contracts dashboard is the operational view of every agreement. It brings status, consumption, remaining commitment, customer visibility, and management actions into one place.

|
Field |
How to use it |
|---|---|
|
Contract Name |
Identifies the agreement. |
|
Status |
ACTIVE means the contract has not met its expiry condition. EXPIRED means the applicable hours or date threshold has been reached. |
|
Support Type |
Shows FIXED TERM • HOURS, FIXED TERM • DATE, RECURRING, or HOUR BANK. |
|
Total Hours |
The contracted allowance. Date-only Fixed Term contracts show a dash because no hours target applies. |
|
Logged Hours |
Eligible Jira worklogs counted by the contract. |
|
Progress |
Hours consumption for hours-based contracts, or elapsed calendar time for date-only Fixed Term contracts. |
|
Remaining |
Hours left, days left, or both. Hour Bank contracts with dual expiry make the earlier risk visible. |
|
Visibility in Portal |
Shows whether customer-facing metrics are enabled. |
Description, Start Date, End Date, and Rate/Hr are optional table columns that an administrator can enable in Settings.
Understand the badges and progress
-
FIXED TERM • HOURS — a dated contract with an hours allowance.
-
FIXED TERM • DATE — a date-only contract; logged hours are still collected, but do not determine expiry.
-
RECURRING — a monthly or yearly allowance, with optional rollover.
-
HOUR BANK — a prepaid pool that can expire by hours alone or by the earlier of hours and date.
Manage a contract
-
Modify — update the agreement, filter, dates, allowance, visibility, or supported options.
-
Duplicate — use an existing agreement as a starting point, then review every copied field before saving.
-
Delete — remove a contract that is no longer required. This is irreversible, so export data first when an audit record is needed.
Totals look wrong? Confirm the issue filter and worklog rules first. If needed, use Re-Calculate Contract Hours after configuration changes.
