See every file on a work item (issue), with its labels, without leaving the work item.

Open a Jira work item.
On the right side, under the work item's fields, find the Attachment Manager section labelled Attachments.
Select it to open it. Jira keeps it open on other work items in the project.

Each row shows the file name, its size, who uploaded it and when, and its labels. Select a file name to open the file in a new browser tab.

This panel is separate from Jira's own Attachments section, where you upload files. Only this panel shows labels.

Change the panel view

Select Panel options, the icon at the top right of the panel, to sort or group the list (see Sort and group attachments). From the same menu, Open Attachment Manager takes you to the full app.

Missing attachment?

The panel reads the work item's files from Jira each time it opens. If you added a file while the panel was open, reload the work item. If the panel says No access to Attachment Manager, see Editions and permissions.
