Five ideas are all you need. A work item is what Jira used to call an issue or ticket.

Attachment |
A file attached to a Jira work item (issue). You still upload and store files in Jira as usual; Attachment Manager helps you find and organize them. |

Label |
A coloured tag you put on a file, such as Approved or Screenshot. Everyone on your Jira site shares the same labels, and everyone who can see a file sees its labels. They are separate from Jira’s own Labels field on a work item. |

Folder |
(Advanced edition) A collection of files from any project, which you can share with people or groups. A folder never gives anyone access to a work item they cannot already see. |

Tracked project |
A project that Attachment Manager reads. Only tracked projects appear in the app. A Jira administrator chooses them. |

A dashboard of charts that show how much storage your attachments use, and where. |
