-
Write to Jira work items
-
Access app storage
-
Request an app system token for the rendering backend
-
-
Wait for installation to finish. The app completes its initial setup automatically on first launch.
-
Open any Jira work item, click the Apps button under its title, and choose Storyboard AI. The Storyboard AI panel opens below the description.
Using the Rovo agent
If your site has Rovo enabled, the Storyboard AI agent is available as soon as the app is installed — no extra setup. Find it in Rovo chat, under the Agents button on a work item, or mention it from a work item. See Make a video with the Rovo agent for what it can do.
The first time the agent acts on your behalf it will ask you to grant consent. Until you do, its actions fail with a permission error rather than a denial.
