Introduction

ITSM Navigator is a specialized App from view26 designed to work with Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM). Think of it as a GPS for IT Service Management (ITSM) excellence – it doesn’t replace Jira, but it shows you exactly where you are, where you need to go, and the best route to get there. It is ideal for any IT team using JSM, especially those new to formal ITSM processes or teams that want to continually improve their service delivery.

ITSM Navigator is multi-compatible. The app runs primarily in Jira Service Management and — when installed on a Confluence site — automatically provisions an ITSM Navigator App KB space (~57 pages) that powers a built-in Rovo agent.
