Open Settings → Permissions → Access Controls to manage access and sharing for Charts and Reports.

Click Jira Global Permissions Page to manage the Jira groups that can access the app.
Management Organizations
Select one or more organizations whose members should be able to see other organizations’ tickets. Remove an organization using the remove icon on its selected entry.
Public Link feature
Enable this option to allow Views to be shared through public links. Anyone with a public link can view its dashboard without signing in, including people outside your organization. Check the report content before sharing a public link.

Internal Issue Sharing
Enable this option to allow View owners to share internal issues with JSM portal customers.
This overrides the JSM customer portal permission schema: customers see the same dashboard as the View owner. Enable it only when that content is intended for the customers receiving the View.
Assets API
The Assets API token option has been removed from Settings. You do not need to generate or paste an Assets API token in Charts and Reports.
