Access Controls

1. Access Groups for VIEW26
   Specify which Jira user groups are allowed to access the VIEW26 App: .

• U can manage access by editing group permissions from the Jira Global Permissions Page.

• Only members of the selected groups will be able to open and interact with VIEW26 dashboards

2. Management Organizations
   Configure which organizations can view other organizations' tickets.

• To enable, select one or more organizations using the dropdown.

3. Public Link Feature:
   Enable or disable the ability to share the dashboard anonymously through a public URL.

• When enabled, anyone with the link, including external users, can view the dashboard content.

⚠️ Use this feature with caution if your dashboard contains sensitive data.

4. Internal Issue Sharing
   Allows VIEW owners to share internal issues with Jira Service Management (JSM) portal customers.

• This can help streamline communication between internal teams and customers.

⚠️ Enabling this feature overrides the JSM Customer portal's permission schema and JSM customers will see the exact same dashboard as the VIEW owner.

5. API Auth Key
   Used to connect VIEW26 with Atlassian Assets via API.

• Paste your API token here to authenticate and access Assets objects.
