New contract models and a clearer contract experience

• Fixed Term contracts — the previous Fixed model is now presented as Fixed Term, with explicit hours-based and date-only variants.

• Date-only support — turn Contracted Hours off to create a Fixed Term contract that expires only on its required end date.

• Hour Bank contracts — create prepaid pools that expire when hours are exhausted or when either the hours or end date is reached.

• Clearer status and badges — the dashboard now uses ACTIVE and EXPIRED with FIXED TERM • HOURS, FIXED TERM • DATE, RECURRING, and HOUR BANK badges.

• Remaining and progress improvements — hours-based, date-only, and dual-expiry contracts show the remaining commitment and relevant progress more clearly.

• Customer portal updates — portal gauges now adapt to hours, calendar time, or both for Hour Bank contracts with dual expiry.

• Creation and dashboard usability — the form exposes only fields relevant to the selected contract type, and the contracts table supports the new models.
