Set the storage allowance
Jira does not publish your site’s storage quota to the app. An administrator selects the Jira plan in Settings → About and saves it. Until confirmed, the app displays an assumed allowance. The percentage shown is a comparison with this configured value, so select the plan that applies to your site.
Check freshness before drawing conclusions
Use the displayed “as of” timestamp. Storage and count summaries are refreshed in background processing, including nightly updates and indexing. Label assignments appear immediately, while their usage totals can catch up later.
Use the reports to identify files for review, then open their work items to decide what to keep. The reports do not by themselves delete attachments.
