A Jira administrator can add a custom logo to exported PDF reports.

Open Settings → Customization → Branding.

Click Upload Image and choose your logo.

Review the logo preview and save the changes.
Use a PNG, JPG, or JPEG image. The recommended logo size is 368px wide by 64px high, with a file size under 700 KB.
The Branding tab also includes Export Date Format, Internationalization, Table Rows, and Color Palette.
