Full Access

  • Users with this permission have full access to ALL app features and capabilities

  • Only Jira administrators can manage global permissions


  1. Go to Jira System Settings

    • In Jira, click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner

    • Select System from the dropdown menu

  2. Navigate to Global Permissions

    • In the left sidebar under Security, click on Global permissions

    • This will open the Global Permissions configuration page

  3. Access Worklog Reports Permissions

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the Global Permissions page

    • In the "Add Permission" dropdown, select "Worklog Reports - Full Access"

  4. Assign Permission to a User Group

    • Group: Select a user group from the dropdown (e.g., "jira-administrators", "project-managers")

  5. Click on Add to grant the permission
